Description

• Support the full life-cycle recruiting process, including: sourcing top talent, working with recruiters on job descriptions, scheduling interviews with candidates, etc.; • Source candidates through various resources: networking, cold calling, internet searches, resume databases, contact lists, and employee referrals; • Assist in the development of innovating sourcing, recruitment strategies, and outreach opportunities to attract diverse, qualified candidates; • Work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization; • Screen resumes to determine basic qualifications; • Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience required; • Experience in renewable energy, required; • Experience recruiting Development Division positions, required; • Experience developing and executing candidate generation and research techniques, required; • Experience approaching passive candidates; • Experience screening resumes to match qualifications; • Proficiency using various ATS and other recruiting systems; • Proficiency using software programs such as MS Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; • Must be adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment; • Must possess good interpersonal skills and be a self-motivated team player; • A quick learner with great attention to detail; • Sound judgement and ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality; • Deadline-oriented with an ability to prioritize tasks; • Strong communication and organizational skills; and the ability to quickly work into new tasks and accommodate new circumstances; • Comfortable working in a fast-moving dynamic, environment.
