Description
• Oversight of inbound and outbound files and data exchanged with clients • Review of file loads, error analysis, and reconciliation of data • Monitoring client’s service level agreements for timely file loads • Analytical support for client data requests and identifying improvements
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in a related area (or equivalent relevant work experience) • 3+ years of experience with PBM or health plan data exchange (EDI/ETL) functions • Experience developing SQL queries • Experience related to relational database architecture and data standards • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Availability to work in a specified time zone • Availability for on-call hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
