•Oversee core Finance functions that include building and maintaining financial reports and analysis. •Develop and oversee the monthly financial reports, annual budgeting, forecast process, including regional performance and variance analysis. •Create financial models based on scenarios to support organizational decision making. •Develop and present reports for key financial and operating metrics that support the operations. •Assist with the preparation of presentations for senior leadership and provide supporting analysis to assist with strategic decision making. •Collaborate with department heads and other stakeholders in the development of key strategic initiatives. •Provide business support to the operations team by representing Finance in ongoing planning, analysis, and projects. •Innovate by leveraging Software and automation to improve reporting.
•Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field. •5+ years of experience in budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting. •Strong financial acumen and grasp of corporate finance fundamentals •Advanced Excel skills. •Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills including prioritization and critical thinking. •Ability to adapt to changing priorities and take initiative to follow through •Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
