Description
• Ensure customer data quality by implementing processes for validation, cleansing, and accuracy checks. • Analyze information gathered from multiple sources, breakdown high-level data into detailed insights, and transform data into the needed formats. • Meet multiple internal/external timelines and deadlines; proactively communicate delays or issues to both customers and management. • Assist the Customer Support and Account Management teams with inquiries, providing reports and solutions as needed. • Participate in special projects and perform other tasks as required.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce). • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams, fostering strong relationships to achieve shared goals. • Demonstrated ability to clearly articulate ideas, influence stakeholders, and convey complex information effectively across all levels of the organization.
