Description

• Work collaboratively with product, engineering, and operations teams • Lead cross-functional discovery and scoping sessions • Create project scope, schedule, and budget plans • Manage project execution • Partner with cross-functional leads for planning and dependencies • Monitor post-launch activities • Drive project governance and risk management • Establish an analytical and data-driven culture • Develop communications plan • Manage project risks, issues, actions, and dependencies

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience • Prior project management experience preferred • Demonstrated understanding of customer care, fraud, and merchant operations • Knowledge of shared services operations • Experience in services, operations, or sales • Experience in consumer lending or financial services a plus • Self-starter with strong sense of urgency • Excellent team player with attention to detail • Ability to prioritize effectively and make discretionary decisions based on research
