• Address core opportunities in our offer pages and subscription flows. • Drive A/B and multivariate testing initiatives and implementation. • Set and monitor the KPIs for successful iteration and global expansion. • Own data analyses to understand how user behavior impacts KPIs. • Develop and execute statistical analyses to understand customer behavior and product performance. • Create compelling automated/real-time dashboards and visualizations. • Identify actionable insights that positively affect company performance and children's learning outcomes. • Communicate results to a diverse range of stakeholders clearly. • Partner with teams to define data capture and integrity requirements.

Requirements

• 6+ years in a high-impact analytical role within large-scale, successful digital products. Experience in games or edtech, as well as finance is a big plus! • Extensive experience with A/B testing and a deep understanding of data analysis. • Proficiency in complex SQL queries on big data sets with experience in data transformation and modeling using dbt a plus. • Fluency in Tableau and Excel is essential; additional data visualization capabilities a plus. • Able to perform statistical analysis and create visualizations using R or Python. • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (such as analytics, statistics, applied math, data science, economics or computer science). • You are a curious, motivated self-starter who thrives in a collaborative high-performing team environment.
