Description
• We are seeking a project-based senior-level contract specialist or paralegal for our Virtual Paralegal Service team. • This is a 1099 remote/virtual position. • Multi-state experience is preferred, but not required. • The successful candidate will provide a variety of contract management services to existing and new clients. • Construction agreement experience, specifically AIA contracts (Owner and Contractor side), among other commercial agreement experience is required. • Experience drafting and redlining contract agreements is required.
Requirements
• Minimum of ten years of specialized experience as a construction contract specialist or paralegal. • Experience with one or more software platforms including but not limited to platforms for virtual interactions (i.e., Teams and/or Zoom), contract repositories, CRMs, and timekeeping systems.
