• Develop and maintain test automation infrastructure that supports and exercises Agility’s products at the component and solution levels. • Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of all subsystems used in Agility’s products and calibration and test equipment. • Assist in translating system requirements and engineering specifications into tests. • Negotiate test rigor and trade-offs with multiple stakeholders. • Work with talented cross-functional teams to drive innovative, elegant testing solutions that meet validate requirements. • Support hiring and performance reviews for test engineering group. • Support the oversight of test systems workflows, assignments and help to refine the processes in test engineering for collaboration within all disciplines. • Monitor test infrastructure deliverables and project timelines and ensure the objectives are met. • Mentor and guide junior test engineers. • Promote and contribute to a safe, collaborative work environment. • Depending on experience and alignment with position requirements, a west coast remote work configuration may be possible. In that case, travel to Agility’s design facility on a regular basis would still be required.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline • Minimum 10 or more years of relevant professional experience • Minimum 5 or more years’ experience working as a test architect or similar test infrastructure role. • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment. • Experience with test management platforms and test framework tools and systems. • Hands on experience integrating test platforms/frameworks into third party manufacturing data collection/configuration systems. • Proven project management skills • Authorization to work in the US
