Delivering Exceptional AI Service Experience for IT, Customer Service, HR, Facilities, Sales, and Operations.
• Qualify new sales opportunities through Outbound and inbound lead follow-up for enterprises with 5,000-10,000 seats. • Educate customers on the value of Aisera in a consultative way • Manage multiple customers simultaneously at various stages • Prospect cold leads to generate interest and new contacts • Research accounts, identify key players and build relationships • Demonstrate AI Service Management solution and align value to customer pain points • Close sales with a $1M quota • Maintain and expand list of assigned prospects
• Proven success in closing deal sizes of $150k or more • Competitive team player • Avid learner of Technology • Ability to build positive relationships and influence • Strong communications and interpersonal skills • 3-10yrs experience in Enterprise Account management and sales • Effective in dealing with C-suite of mid market to enterprise organizations • Experience with generating pipeline through cold calling • Understanding of sales process • Positive attitude and willingness to achieve goals • Proven track-record creating highly targeted campaigns and messaging • Ability to negotiate high-value deals with a C-level audience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Problem-solving passion and service orientation • Independence and flexibility in dealing with change management • Able to execute on programs and projects with minimal resources • Composed, poised and professional demeanor • Strong problem-solving and service orientation
