Description

• Leverage causal inference and other statistical methodologies to assess the value and impact of our products on key outcomes for hospitals and providers using financial and other data sources • Clearly communicate insights highlighting the impact of our product offering to a wide variety of stakeholders across the organization. • Own the development of sophisticated healthcare algorithms and data assets that will improve not only our ability to communicate value to health systems but also our product offerings themselves.

Requirements

• Ph.D. and 3+ years of experience or Master’s and 5-7 years of experience or Bachelor’s and 8+ years of experience in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Public Health, Computer Science, or a related field • 2-4 years experience specifically in the healthcare domain, working with EHR data, clinical data, claims data, or similar • Proficiency in advanced statistical analysis and research design • Proficiency in Python • Proficiency in SQL • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders • Highly self-sufficient and self-starting in solving complex problems and conducting projects end-to-end • A passion and excitement about healthcare’s unique challenges and opportunities
