• Talent acquisition and recruiting • Coordinating employee onboarding and training initiatives • Support to employees on various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that arise • Development and implementation of human resource policies • Employee compensation and benefit administration • Organize employee performance reviews • Maintain accurate and complete employee records • Ensure compliance with local, state and federal labor regulations in over 20 states
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist (5+ years), with demonstrated success in executing a broad range of HR functions • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices and employment laws • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills • Proficiency in HRIS and ATS software • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
