Description
• Perform in-depth analyses using statistical techniques • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to automate processes • Optimize driver planning through operational models • Provide insights on driver hiring strategy and performance • Perform growth analyses through demand forecasting • Identify opportunities and impact of product launches • Architect and build production data models • Maintain data documentation and definitions • Collaborate with Product, Research, Engineering, and Operations • Measure impact of initiatives launched • Influence product strategy with insights and recommendations • Contribute to defining team and company data culture through collaboration.
Requirements
• BA/BS or Master's degree in a quantitative field • Minimum of 6 years of work experience in analytics • Proven expertise in SQL and one or more programming languages • Experience in statistical inference and predictive modeling • Experience designing and evaluating experiments • Experience with data transform systems and large datasets • Experience with software version control systems • Strong alignment with Alto's mission and values • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Deep passion for addressing user problems through data-driven solutions.
