Description

• Leading and managing multiple software development projects focused on mobile app and web platforms. • Working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. • Collaborating closely with the product team to ensure product requirements are thoroughly understood and met. • Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. • Coordinating and facilitating project meetings, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among team members. • Monitoring and tracking project progress, providing regular status updates to stakeholders. • Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues, proactively resolving any challenges that may arise. • Conducting post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for future projects.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Master’s degree is a plus. • Proven experience as a Software Program Manager, with a focus on mobile app and web development. • Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira, Trello). • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Experience with software development tools and technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, iOS/Android development). • Familiarity with medical device regulations and/or IEC 62304 are a plus. • PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
