• Collaborate with the Ambercycle Brand Team to brainstorm and build content strategy with the intent to increase engagement, promote sharing, and improve product education. • Oversee content creation end-to-end from filming, shooting, editing, and copywriting for all social media channels, with high emphasis on Instagram Reels and TikTok. • Propose new content ideas and series to implement in our strategy. • Analyze performance and KPIs in order to make informed decisions and recommend different strategies that support cycora®’s goals. • Ensure all work and content is of the highest quality and reflects cycora®’s brand standards. • Produce a minimum of two videos per week to be posted on Instagram Reels and TikTok. • Support storytelling and design via email and blog posts.
• Demonstrated understanding of relevant social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, as well as emerging channels. • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office. Ability to quickly pick up the usage of new digital tools. • Strong understanding of the fashion industry and consumer sentiment with extensive brand knowledge particularly in the apparel, performance wear, sportswear, activewear, outerwear, and luxury verticals. • Strong understanding of digital data analysis and social media KPIs; translating insights into actions.
