• Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ranging from 300 to 500 daily • Evaluate and screen prospective customers for enrollment in financial programs • Utilize prescribed scripts and training materials to handle objections and furnish detailed information • Set and attain targets while meeting defined benchmarks • Excel in a fast-paced setting and showcase strong organizational skills • Foster teamwork by actively participating in team activities, competitions, and incentive programs
• At least 6 months of experience in a call center or high call volume role • Able to commute daily to the Irvine, CA office (Remote work is not an option) • Familiarity with technology for managing leads and documenting conversations • Excellent communication, organizational, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship
