Description
• Learn and utilize the company’s development environment and tools • Review the codebase to understand architecture and design patterns • Meet with team members for understanding roles, responsibilities, and workflows • Participate in code reviews and learn about coding standards and best practices • Attend team meetings to familiarize with current projects • Take ownership of a small project and complete it successfully • Collaborate with other team members to deliver high-quality code on time • Discuss the architecture and design of upcoming projects • Suggest improvements to existing systems or processes • Work on complex projects demonstrating increased proficiency and expertise • Discuss system scalability, security, and performance
Requirements
• Proficient in C# and/or VB.NET • Strong knowledge of .NET web framework ASP.NET and .NET Core • Experience with Agile Methodology; SAFe is a plus • Familiarity with concurrency patterns • Experience with Visual Studio, SQL Server • Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests • Understanding of code versioning tools such as GitHub • Experience with project management tools like Azure Dev Ops, TFS, or JIRA
