Description
• Strategize community marketing strategy • Articulate Analog’s value proposition • Be a Community Thought Leader • Manage project’s communities across relevant channels (Medium, Telegram, Reddit, Discord, Twitter, Youtube, LinkedIn) • Onboarding and Retention of community members • Moderation of communities • Content creation and optimization • Build Community Ambassadors program • Research community feedback and drive growth • Promotions and partnerships
Requirements
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field • 3+ years experience in community engagement, digital marketing, brand awareness/exposure, securing collaborators • 2+ years experience in community building in crypto, blockchain, web3 space • In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology • Strong communication skills • Experience in social media marketing • Fluent in written and spoken English • Friendly and proactive attitude • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on multiple projects at once
