Description
• Seeking an experienced, tech-savvy Salesforce Administrator • Ensure business goals of the company are met through optimized processes, improvements, and implementations • Operate as an administrator for a Salesforce environment • Handle basic and intermediate administrative functions such as user account maintenance, reports, and workflows • Assist with implementation plans and regular system audits • Manage integrations with other systems and ensure data integrity • Design scalable solutions and best practices to support organization growth • Respond to questions in a timely fashion and support a very active organization
Requirements
• 2-3+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator • Strong Salesforce product knowledge • Proven project management capabilities • Creative problem-solver • Critical thinker with attention to detail • Detail-oriented individual who can own entire processes • Proactive attitude to platform enhancements • Bachelor’s degree in related field (preferred) • Salesforce certification (preferred) • DevOps/release management experience (preferred)
