Description

• Lead and manage a team of HR professionals • Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention • Implement and maintain effective communication channels to foster a positive workplace culture • Oversee employee relations and handle complex issues with sensitivity and professionalism • Lead recruitment efforts • Develop and implement onboarding and orientation programs • Manage performance evaluation processes • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance, improvement, and career development • Oversee development and management of compensation and benefits programs • Develop and update HR policies and procedures • Ensure compliance with employment laws • Evaluate, implement, and optimize HR technology solutions • Ensure HR practices and policies comply with legal requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Director or in a similar senior leadership role • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations • Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to communicate with leadership • Strategic thinker • Able to effectively lead a team of HR professionals • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or certification is a plus • 10-15 years of HR-related experience
