• Responsible for financial planning, reporting, and analysis for Ansible Government Solutions. • Manage budgets involving government contracts and internal projects. • Handle monthly close process including variance analysis and journal entries. • Oversee invoicing and reconciliation for timeliness and accuracy. • Prepare and submit financial reports required by government agencies. • Manage audits and reviews, ensuring timely and accurate documentation. • Collaborate with Operations Managers to optimize project financial results. • Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning. • Provide recommendations for cost control and efficiency improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. • MBA, CPA, or other relevant certifications are a plus. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with at least 2 years in a government contracting environment. • Strong understanding of FAR, CAS, and other government regulations. • Proficiency in financial software, Microsoft Excell and ERP systems. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
