Description
• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for our machine learning products, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives • Lead a team of product managers, guiding them in the development of product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and delivery timelines • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, design, and marketing, to ensure successful product development and launch • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify market trends and customer needs • Work closely with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, understand pain points, and validate product concepts • Drive the agile development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management • Monitor product performance, analyze user metrics, and iterate on product features to optimize user experience and drive customer satisfaction • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth • Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning within the product management team and across the organization
Requirements
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field • MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus • Proven 5+ years experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven company, with a focus on machine learning or AI products • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and applications • Track record of successfully delivering complex software products or platforms from concept to launch • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
