Description
• Spearhead global regulatory strategy for food and biopesticide products • Refine regulatory approaches and foster cross-functional collaboration • Provide leadership to navigate complex regulatory landscapes • Develop strategies for market clearance of products • Lead technical and regulatory assessments • Manage budgets and external engagements • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field required • Advanced degree in a STEM field or Juris Doctor degree preferred • 10+ years of experience in a heavily regulated environment • 5+ years of leadership and management experience • Experience working in a regulatory agency is a strong asset • Deep experience developing and leading global product regulatory strategies • Intimate understanding of global food regulations • Problem-solving with attention to detail • Proven experience developing a high-performance team • Strong network of global regulatory contacts • Proven results in multi-stakeholder advocacy • Collaborative leadership style and strong interpersonal skills • English proficiency is required
