Description
• Support sales, software development, data privacy and security, marketing, HR, and finance teams. • Negotiate technology, services, and commercial contracts under General Counsel's supervision. • Draft a range of commercial agreements focusing on technology agreements. • Provide advice on legal risks in a fast-paced environment. • Review contracts balancing business requirements with practical legal analysis.
Requirements
• Solid academic credentials and Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a top ABA-accredited law school. • Member in good standing in the North Carolina or other state bar. • 4 - 6 years of relevant in-house experience. • Industry knowledge in technology (e.g., software, cloud services, artificial intelligence). • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Ironclad contract lifecycle management software preferred. • Salesforce experience preferred.
