Description

• Responsible for overseeing and managing payroll operations across multiple countries. • Ensure accurate and timely payroll for US and international employees. • Work with People, Finance, and external payroll providers for smooth processing. • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to inquiries. • Assist with year-end procedures for payroll audits. • Identify opportunities for process improvements in payroll operations. • Design and implement payroll processes and employee-facing guides.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or 2-4 years of global payroll experience. • Knowledge of US and Canada payroll regulations. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google sheets. • Experience with ADP, Deel, Remote, or similar payroll engines preferred. • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or (FPC) preferred. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong communication skills and ability to work with different time zones. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
