Description
• Partner cross-functionally with leaders in engineering, product, and design • Drive forecasting and annual planning for bookings, operating expenses, headcount, and performance optimization for the R&D organization • Provide analyses and insights into key metrics to support R&D leaders • Share valuable insights on operational and financial metrics during business reviews • Provide financial and strategic perspectives on business planning workstreams • Assist with process and systems improvements to drive company growth and scaling
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in R&D finance focused role at a SaaS or high-growth technology company • Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with strong aptitude for financial problem-solving • Experience and passion for hyper-growth SaaS and/or enterprise software business models • Proficient in using SQL for data analysis • Experience working cross-functionally and building strong relationships • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts with precision and clarity
