• Proactively identifies and generates new leads through research, outreach, and engagement. • Qualify leads by asking insightful questions and gathering relevant information. • Optimizes for converting buyers and sellers to transact within 2 months of the introductory call, depending on the size of the lead. • Help facilitate and guide handoffs with all requisite information with follow-ups for AMs/BPs to maximize the probability of conversion. • Work closely with the sales team to seamlessly transition qualified leads. • Collaborate effectively and create a smooth handover while maintaining open lines of communication. • Gather market feedback to help improve our platform. • Properly document lead interactions, maintain accurate records, and effectively.
• Experience or interest in outside sales or SDR roles, with a knack for cold calling and cold outreach. • Skilled in articulating value propositions, addressing customer inquiries, and building rapport in initial conversations. • Adept at targeting audiences and identifying potential customers with a high likelihood of converting. • Self-directed, collaborating with team members to move the ball forward without constant oversight. • Committed to operational excellence, known for high-velocity execution, and capable of balancing long-term business goals with short-term needs. • Willingness to travel and an understanding of the importance of face-to-face relationships with customers.
