• Develop and continually enhance a successful go-to-market strategy. • Develop a segmented strategy to boost revenue in regional e-commerce markets, targeting both existing customers and new segments and partnerships. • Collaborate closely with marketing to create a cohesive GTM plan, driving awareness, demand generation, and sales enablement. • Design and implement channels to win accounts, understanding the middle market and enterprise e-commerce buyer personas. • Develop cross-sell strategies and integrate insights to shape successful pricing and product tactics across our core products. • Develop a repeatable, scalable, and predictable commercial engine. • Deploy a disciplined sales methodology, metrics-based management across sales and post sales and regular inspections to drive activity, results, alignment and efficiency. • Set and track revenue targets that align with AppHub’s long-term goals. Use data-driven insights to build a world-class pipeline management process with clear stages and improved sales planning. • Develop and implement an enhanced sales planning and management system which Identifies target markets, builds effective territories, ensures comprehensive market coverage and establishes achievable quotas including a clear compensation plan. • Establish a metrics-driven, high-energy winning culture for our sales teams with activity-based management and hands-on coaching. • Build a high-performing, cohesive team that excels in driving the company's revenue growth. • Drive the company's initiatives to sell and cross-sell our broad range of products across various company segments and customer profiles, from small and medium-sized businesses to enterprises. • Attract and coach high-performing talent, ensuring the retention of “A” players and addressing underperformance promptly. • Show strong leadership, offering real-time coaching and creating actionable development plans. • Design and implement a sales process that consistently enhances the sales team's efficiency, increases win rates, and supports the organization in achieving $100M+ in annual revenue within three years. • Create a strategy to boost market share for our core e-commerce applications through targeted marketing, dynamic agency partnerships, and proactive outbound sales. • Propel the middle market segment to new heights while converting more revenue to enterprise-level, including ShopifyPlus customers. • Build a metrics-driven, high-energy winning culture for our sales teams with activity-based management and hands-on coaching. • Develop, experiment, and optimize the method for landing and expanding customer accounts.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of progressive revenue leadership in B2B e-commerce sales within rapidly growing organizations, preferably Private Equity or VC-backed. • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and generating new business, cultivating the pipeline, and growing existing accounts. • Experience scaling a multi-segmented SaaS company from $10M to $50M+ in revenue, with expertise in sales pipeline development, forecasting, and client management. • Demonstrated ability to design and execute go-to-market strategies to win and expand accounts. • Strong grasp of various sales methodologies and the ability to adapt the sales approach for different customer segments and channels, including inbound and outbound activities. • Experience collaborating with Marketing to drive high-quality leads and achieve high closure and conversion rates. • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams with a structured approach to recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retention. • Collaborative leader with a history of working with Product, Finance, and Marketing to meet company-wide objectives. • Ability to lead customer success initiatives to maximize customer experience and drive revenue retention. • Experience in the e-commerce space, preferably with the Shopify ecosystem. • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
