• Develop and implement tax strategies aligned with business objectives • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations • Oversee preparation and filing of tax returns • Identify opportunities for tax optimization • Manage transfer pricing policies and documentation • Provide expertise on international tax matters • Serve as primary point of contact for tax authorities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Keep abreast of changes in tax laws • Continuously evaluate and enhance tax processes

Requirements

• Desire to build expertise in tax strategies • 5+ years of progressive experience in tax roles • Strong technical knowledge of tax laws • Proficiency in tax software and ERP systems • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Nice to have: Experience with enterprise software companies
