Description

• Attending daily and weekly team meetings to report on status of ongoing work • Investigating issues that are brought to the team through observability tools • Communicating with members of other teams to understand and replicate issues • Maintaining and improving documentation on how to identify and solve problems • Working with our customers’ data in a responsible and secure manner • Implementing fixes to issues with code and configuration • Creating test cases and implementing test suites

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience • Understanding of software systems • Understanding of cloud computing • Communication skills, verbal and written • Ability to deliver work of high quality that has been tested thoroughly • Skills: SQL, Rails, JavaScript, Angular, AWS, and New Relic • Familiarity with EHR or Claims Data • Curiosity • Tenacity • Driven to solve problems • Skills: React and Java
