• System-level and link-level design for ground-breaking satellite communication and radar imaging system • Collaborating with silicon, antenna, software, and other engineering teams • Developing system-level and FPGA models • Creating spacecraft hardware requirements and test procedures • Supporting RF system bring-up and validation • Conducting system link budget analysis • ITAR Requirements: Need to be a U.S. citizen or eligible to obtain necessary authorizations from the U.S. Department of State • Equal Opportunity Employer with merit-based employment decisions
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, physics, or related field • Experience in system-level modeling and digital signal processing • Proficiency in MATLAB, C/C++, and/or Python • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under significant time constraints • Preferred: Master’s degree in electrical engineering with emphasis in communication systems and/or digital signal processing, experience in system-level modeling and working on multiplexing techniques such as CDMA, TDMA, and OFDMA, design and verification of high-data-rate wireless communication systems, experience with wireless communication protocols, and more
