• Responsible for launching and operating Array Labs' formation of LEO satellites • Working closely with launch providers such as SpaceX and RocketLabs • Ensuring successful launch and communication with deployed satellites • Leveraging cross-functional knowledge across spacecraft systems, control-theory, embedded software, and communication systems • Executing spacecraft missions and advancing formation flight technology
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or science discipline • 4+ years of experience in engineering, test, integration, or flight operations • Real-time operations experience on a safety-critical system • Excellent teamwork and communication skills • High levels of self-motivation and personal accountability • Proficiency in utilizing software tools such as Python, C++, Java, Matlab, etc. • ITAR Requirements: U.S. citizenship or eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
