Description
• Support the planning & execution of cross-team projects by aligning requirements and dependencies, tracking progress, and proactively surfacing risks and blockers. • Own and drive the improvement of the internal customer experience by understanding their pain points, prioritizing needs, and working with leaders and teams to address them effectively. • Partner with internal stakeholders across engineering, product, legal, business, as well as customers, to enhance incident management, Asana’s reliability, and customer communications. • Evolve our processes to maintain an increasing bar of compliance, addressing security and incident action items within SLA. • Design & lead improvements to our operational processes to ensure we stay ahead in improving Asana’s reliability, cost efficiency, and operational toil.
Requirements
• Experience (7+ years) in project/program management, including leadership role driving complex strategic priorities and/or managing others. • Strong program management skills, capable of managing a diverse range of priorities & cross-functional stakeholders. • Track record of setting direction and leading large-scale initiatives that span multiple teams and functions. • Experience in managing internal programs, comfortable with engaging with both internal & external customers. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical requirements to a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders. • Comfortable with ambiguity, capable of identifying and solving problems independently. • Experience working with Infrastructure teams, incident management, and large migrations are preferred.
