Description

• Lead and shape data strategy and architecture across the organization. • Oversee design, implementation, and optimization of large-scale data platforms and systems. • Drive best practices in data management, integration, and analytics. • Deliver scalable and high-performance solutions with the data architecture team. • Deep understanding of data governance, data modeling, and advanced analytics crucial.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related technical field. • 10+ years of experience in data architecture and data engineering roles, with a focus on large-scale data platforms. • Expertise in data modeling, including conceptual, logical, and physical data models. • Extensive experience in cloud-based data architectures, especially using AWS services (S3, EC2, EMR, Redshift, RDS). • Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, data quality, and master data management (MDM) principles. • Hands-on experience in big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka. • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and partner with senior leadership to align data architecture with business goals. • Expertise in SQL and Python, including data querying, transformation, and optimization. • Experience with ETL processes and data integration from diverse sources (structured and unstructured). • Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience with data architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman. • Familiarity with DevOps practices in the context of data pipelines and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD). • Experience with machine learning frameworks and building data platforms to support AI/ML use cases. • Prior experience in financial services or healthcare industries is a plus. • Knowledge of data security best practices, including encryption and secure data access.
