Description

• Directs the planning, organizing, and implementing the maintenance, repair, and alteration of all existing AHS clinic and administrative facilities and properties. • Directs the renovation and construction of new facilities. • Responsible for developing long-range facilities plans and budgets based on clinic growth and future facility's needs. • Oversees maintenance and functioning of all building systems, including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, plumbing, and waste management. • Supervises Facilities Manager.

Requirements

• Completion of a four-year degree from an accredited University • Five plus years of construction project management and facilities management experience • Architectural training/experience preferred • CAD proficiency preferred • Excellent communication, written, organization and management skills • Strong leadership and relationship building skills • Demonstrated history of success in leading a team and managing multiple projects • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
