• Assist with support tickets and escalate as needed • Perform onboarding and off-boarding tasks for employee lifecycle management • Help with inventory management • Keep documentation up to date • Account management, troubleshooting, and password resets • Assisting with infrastructure upgrades and larger projects • Work closely with engineering teams • Collaborate with team members to address IT challenges
• Excellent customer service • Understanding of troubleshooting techniques • Exhibits critical thinking skills • Experience with Windows, MacOS, and/or Linux • Highly motivated with an interest in helping and teaching others • Able to perform duties autonomously • Bonus: Experience with Network troubleshooting, Microsoft 365, troubleshooting/updating scripts, replacing hardware in laptops and desktops • U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, or Refugee/Asylee Status Required
