Remote Patient Monitoring • Revenue Cycle Management
• Responsible for designing, developing, and testing hardware components and systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of hardware into products. • Conduct feasibility studies, technical evaluations, and risk assessments to validate performance and reliability of designs. • Utilize CAD software to create detailed designs and 3D models for rapid prototyping. • Identify and resolve hardware issues across product lifecycle to ensure quality and reliability. • Troubleshoot non-conforming products and implement corrective actions. • Execute device validations per ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards. • Perform electrical analysis, simulation, and optimization of hardware designs. • Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to ensure compliance with standards. • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred. • Proven experience in hardware design and development, preferably in the consumer electronics or embedded systems industry. • Proficiency in schematic capture, PCB layout, and simulation tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, SPICE). • Deep understanding of analog and digital circuit design principles, signal integrity, and power management. • Strong experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and familiarity with 3D printing and rapid prototyping techniques. • Experience working with manufacturing teams, understanding DFM (Design for Manufacturing) principles, and transitioning designs from prototype to production. • Experience with microcontrollers, SoCs, and other embedded hardware platforms. • Familiarity with communication interfaces and protocols (e.g., UART, SPI, I2C, USB, Ethernet). • Experience with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., FCC, CE, RoHS) is a strong advantage • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality hardware solutions. • Experience with hardware bring-up, testing, and validation methodologies is desirable.
