• Integral part of the Business Operations team • Define critical business processes across the organization • Ensure efficient execution and drive business metrics
Requirements
• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in biz/product/sales operations • Deep experience in data analysis (SQL and excel strongly preferred) • Strong technical mindset to spec and deliver on product/process improvements • Excellent at breaking down problems into smaller pieces • Systems thinking: understanding how various components interact • Extreme Ownership: caring about details and holding to high standards • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments • Desire to create a category-defining business
