Description
• Partner with Perception leads and engineers to develop requirements and roadmap • Collaborate with autonomy software and hardware teams on technical matters • Assess software system requirements and coordinate team evolution of tools and processes • Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks, and communicate status • Manage complex projects spanning many functional teams • Remove obstacles to drive momentum and progress • Understand technical implementation at architectural level and propose alternatives
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years experience in autonomous systems, robotics, data science, or related field • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Data Science, Information Systems or related area, or equivalent experience • Familiarity with machine learning models, robotics, or computer vision systems • Impact through design, development, and launch of groundbreaking products • Solid technical aptitude and ability to understand technical designs • Strong experience in project management with Agile and Waterfall methodologies • Passion for shipping new market products and ability to adapt to new responsibilities
