Description
• Financial Strategy and Decision Support: Provide strategic guidance to the Co-CEOs and executive team on financial matters to support key business decisions including pricing strategies, expansion plans, and investment opportunities • Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for all Business Units - including Revenue, Product, and Client Success • Monthly and Quarterly Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly and quarterly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for review by the board and key stakeholders with the aid of our Sr. Accountant • Risk & Compliance Management: Assess and manage financial risks, implementing effective risk mitigation strategies • Team Leadership: Develop and mentor finance team members to enhance their skills and contribute to organizational success • Collaboration: Collaborate with other executive team members to ensure alignment between financial strategies and overall business objectives
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Head of Finance or in a senior financial leadership role • Experience in overseeing day to day financial operations within a tech or SaaS environment • Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to make sound financial decisions • Demonstrated success in fundraising and managing investor relations • Exceptional analytical skills and strategic thinking ability • Ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner • CPA or MBA in Finance is preferred
