Description
• AXS connects fans with artists and teams they love. • Seeking a Sr. Software Engineer for core ticketing systems development. • Work on B2B applications that scale and handle high demand.
Requirements
• BS in Computer Science or a related technical field. • Minimum of 5 years of relevant software development experience within a professional environment. • Understanding of the software development life cycle and agile principles. • Solid technical foundation (patterns, databases, API, SPA). • Knowledge of HTTP protocols and RESTful APIs. • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Redux. • Strong understanding of HTML5 and CSS3. • Proficiency with front-end tools, particularly Webpack, Yarn, and npm. • Experience with Node.js/Express and its ecosystems. • Experience working with PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or similar. • Experience defining, developing, and maintaining REST-based interfaces. • Strong experience with Git/GitHub and Gitflow. • Experience with testing frameworks and tools, especially Jest. • Understanding of cloud environments and infrastructure as code. • Experience with AWS services (e.g., ECS, S3, CloudFront, CodeBuild, etc.). • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Proactively takes initiative, maintains focus, and demonstrates consistent accountability. • Proven record of learning new skills and technologies quickly with minimal guidance. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
