Description
• Develop a deep understanding of Bamboo Health’s products, markets, and customers • Act as the primary product contact for clients, emphasizing reporting deliverables • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand and fulfill reporting needs • Utilize Jira to create, manage, and track tasks and projects • Create and maintain thorough internal and external product documentation • Present draft and final reports to external stakeholders • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) • Provide training and support to users and stakeholders • Work with the Product Manager to manage and prioritize the backlog • Dedicate time to scoping and delivering reporting deliverables
Requirements
• A four-year degree in a related field or professional experience in product management with a focus on data-driven healthcare solutions • 2 years of professional experience in product management or product ownership • Hands-on experience with data interpretation using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel pivot tables • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or similar programming languages is preferred • Proficiency in product development processes and tools, including JIRA, Confluence • Experience in creating and maintaining product documentation and conducting user acceptance testing • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Understanding of product lifecycle management from concept to launch • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively • High level of judgment, analytical ability, and creativity in solving problems • Ability to take initiative and work independently
