Description
• Design, build, and manage analytics solutions • Collaborate with teams to implement data-driven decision-making • Optimize data warehouse schema for performance and reliability • Ensure compliance with healthcare data regulations • Monitor and troubleshoot data systems • Stay abreast of industry trends in analytics engineering
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or professional experience • 5 years of professional work experience in data analytics • Basic DBT skills and SQL experience required • 1 year of strong demonstrated ability to maintain ETL solutions, ideally using Python • Hands on experience utilizing databases on Redshift, PostgreSQL, MySQL or Oracle • Experience with software maintenance and/or development using Python, Ruby or other languages • Baseline proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, Excel pivot tables • High level of judgment, analytical ability and creativity • Experience working in fast-paced environments • Strong internet connection and conducive workspace
