Description

• Develop an in-depth understanding of Bamboo Health’s products, markets, and customers • Serve as a primary product point of contact for clients, emphasizing clear, effective, and professional communication • Utilize your extensive experience to proactively anticipate client needs, address concerns, and deliver effective solutions • Identify areas of concern in product development, drawing on your seasoned perspective to provide insightful and practical suggestions for improvement and a path to success • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, focusing on timely delivery and continuous improvement • Seamlessly translate client requirements into actionable tasks for internal teams • Utilize your understanding of product development to create and manage JIRA tickets • Ensure that project deliverables are tracked efficiently and completed on schedule • Collaborate with the project Executive Director to draft comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW) • Develop and articulate the product vision and strategy, aligning with company goals, previously agreed upon project phase deliverables, and market needs • Participate in user acceptance testing and quality assurance testing • Support the creation of product documentation alongside Product Owners

Requirements

• A four-year degree in a related field plus a strong interest in problem-solving with data or professional experience in product management • 6+ years of professional experience in product management with a proven ability to understand data • Experience and comfort in interpreting data through hands-on use of Power BI, Tableau, or Excel pivot tables • Experience in utilizing product development processes and tools • Comfort in utilizing JIRA, Confluence, and other project management and collaboration tools • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management from concept to launch • Experience in developing and articulating product vision and strategy to both internal and external stakeholders • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment • A high level of judgment, analytical ability, and creativity in investigating problems that require original and innovative solutions • The ability to take initiative and work independently • Can effectively manage tasks and drive projects forward without constant oversight or direction • Strong self-awareness and proactive communication, including negotiation and the ability to reach a compromise in a dynamic group • A work environment that is conducive to high-quality virtual interactions • The ability to travel periodically for work
