• Collaborate with automotive dealership owners, managers, and staff to understand their unique challenges and opportunities. • Conduct in-depth performance assessments to identify areas of improvement and growth potential. • Develop personalized coaching plans and training programs to enhance dealership operations, sales techniques, and customer satisfaction. • Implement performance metrics and track progress to measure the effectiveness of coaching initiatives. • Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions to provide guidance, motivation, and skill-building to the dealership team. • Foster a positive and engaging learning environment to inspire and empower dealership staff. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve coaching techniques.
• Proven experience as a Performance Coach, Sales Trainer, or similar role within the automotive industry. • In-depth knowledge of automotive dealership operations, sales processes, and customer service principles. • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical abilities to assess performance data and identify areas for improvement. • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse teams and individuals. • Flexibility to travel as needed within the West Coast region to conduct on-site coaching sessions. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Preferred) • Previous experience working with dealership management software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems (Preferred) • Relevant certifications in coaching, training, or automotive sales (Preferred)
