Description

• Lead and develop a high-performing product management team • Mentor team members on feature specification and identify opportunities for improvement • Assess and optimize the team's specification process for efficiency • Proactively identify unmet needs for the team • Foster a quality-first culture and ensure high-quality product delivery • Develop your team’s data fluency and equip them for data-driven decision making • Instill strong user research skills in your team • Foster a design-centric culture and optimize collaboration between PMs and designers • Develop career development plans for direct reports • Make critical trade-off decisions between projects • Identify creative ways to improve team efficiency • Utilize data to set goals and uncover opportunities • Conduct client and user research to inform product roadmaps • Define clear team focus and expected outcomes • Contribute strategically at the company level • Proactively manage relationships with stakeholders • Be responsible for team outcomes and adjust strategy • Identify diminishing returns potential • Drive prioritization and resourcing for the company • Ensure team progress has high visibility at the executive level

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive product management experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role • 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to think outside the box • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Experience in the tech industry, particularly in the B2B space and with finance platforms and global money movement, is a plus
