• Own new business pursuits and long term management of U.S. health plan partnerships • Navigate contract strategy and renegotiations to optimize BetterHelp and payer partnership success • Build and grow relationships with health plan key contacts and leadership • Leverage market and client data to identify new payer partnership opportunities • Build processes to set up and eventually lead a successful payer partnership team • Collaborate with revenue cycle management leader to execute strategy to grow insured client population • Collaborate with cross functional, internal stakeholders to deliver insights that inform product and operational strategy
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the healthcare space, preferably in an existing payer partnership role or similar B2B roles in Client Success, Sales, Business Development, or Strategy • Understanding of health plan and provider business models • Exposure to clinicians that provide mental health and/or telehealth services • Strong relationship builder who enjoys collaborating across all levels of a smaller organization • Comfortable with ambiguity and seeks opportunities to shape company strategy and initiatives • Thoughtful and operationally excellent to set up processes and frameworks to achieve individual and team success • Desires an environment that fosters growth through open feedback and high autonomy • Believes in our company's mission to provide professional, affordable, and personalized therapy in a convenient online format
