Description

• Own day-to-day operations of NetSuite, Coupa, and other Finance Business systems • Perform system configuration, customization, and maintenance along with ensuring airtight change management, ITGC, and SDLC processes. • Manage system upgrades and release ensuring no disruption to our business partners • Develop and maintain workflows, custom fields, and scripts • Work with BILL product and Eng Teams on system enhancements • Ensure data integrity and perform regular data audits. • Work with Internal Audit and our External Auditors as needed • Manage user roles, permissions, SOD reviews, access controls, and supporting evidence • Provide training and support to end-users. • Provide hands-on IT support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues. • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure. • Respond to and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner. • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field • 8+ years of progressive experience as a Finance System Administrator at a publicly traded company, with 4+ years specifically with Netsuite and Coupa systems • Hands-on IT support experience, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. • Experience with data migration, data mapping, and data integration. • Proficient in SQL and report writing. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
