Description
• BILL is a leader in financial automation software for small and midsize businesses. • As a champion of SMBs, we are dedicated to automating the future of finance. • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud. • You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and effective Service Cloud solutions.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. • 8+ years of progressive experience in Salesforce, with 4+ years specifically in delivering projects on the Salesforce Service platform as Service Cloud Architect. • Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities. Proficient in force.com, Salesforce Flow, Apex, Triggers, Lightning web Components, Web Services. Familiarity with development tools like Visual Studio Code, IntelliJ etc. • Experience with integration tools and methodologies such as REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or middleware platforms. • Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and a dedicated team player with outstanding interpersonal skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to lead technical projects and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Proven track record analyzing, designing, configuring, and supporting large scale Salesforce implementations and integrations. • Previous experience working in an Agile environment or knowledge of general practices.
