Description

• Billtrust is seeking a dynamic Senior Director of Marketing Communications • Lead a talented team and collaborate closely with executive leadership and marketing teams • Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate communication strategy • Manage strategic brand reputation and oversee the execution of PR plans • Design and implement strategies to keep employees engaged and aligned with company goals • Build and maintain relationships with industry analysts • Develop programs to empower customers as advocates • Craft and oversee social media strategies to boost brand presence and engagement

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing and/or communications • Proven success in leading marketing communications teams • Exceptional written and oral communication skills • Experience managing agencies and budgets • Strong project management abilities • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field • B2B technology experience preferred; Fintech background a plus
