Description

• Negotiating contracts relating to digital asset custody, consulting services, partnerships, non-disclosure, trading and lending, staking and/or escrow • Drafting and negotiating bespoke contracts for first-of-their kind products and services with limited precedent • Drafting terms of use and disclaimers • Working closely and partnering with various teams • Managing legal and regulatory risks • Supporting corporate governance • Escalating issues to senior team members

Requirements

• 2-6 years of related law firm and/or in-house legal experience at a financial services or crypto company • Must have at least 2 years of transactions experience at a large law firm • Strong understanding of contract clauses, intellectual property licensing, escrow arrangements, and fintech businesses • Ability to manage transactions with sophisticated institutional counterparties and outside law firms • Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Interest in blockchain and digital assets
